The ATGQ is firmly committed ensuring the privacy, the exactness and the security of all personal information that you entrust to us. Our policy of personal information collection lets you decide whether or not you will disclose any information to us and allows you to choose what information you disclose. As well, you can access your information after giving it to us and, if you wish, correct it or even ask that it be deleted from our files.

At any time you may chose to have your personal information deleted from our files and no longer receive any communications from us by sending a request to this effect to info@atgq.qc.ca.
Please allow at least thirty (30) days for communications to stop and for us to delete your personal information from our active database.

If you wish to ask for a copy of any personal infomation that you may have supplied us, you must do so in writing. You may be asked to show proof of identity before we authorise you to access your information.
As allowed by law, we may from time to time charge a fee to supply the information you request. You will be informed of any such fee beforehand and you will have opportunity to withdraw your request.
