What is the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com Website all about?
The MAXIgolfEXTRA.com site is intended for all Quebec golfers and especially for those who have the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com discount booklet. It informs them about the advantages of the discount booklet and, especially, provides them with additional special rebates that are offered only by participating golf clubs. Of course, it has been designed to promote the game of golf in golf courses members of the Quebec Golf Courses Association (ATGQ).
How does this website work?
To print the additional discount coupons on MAXIgolfEXTRA.com, you must first subscribe to the website after purchasing either of the two following versions:
1. Purchase the booklet in stores or on line and subscribe – free of charge - to the website using the membership number on the back cover of your booklet. You will then have access to not only your printed booklet coupons but also to the additional coupons available on the website.
2. Purchase the electronical version of MAXIgolfEXTRA.com online ($24,95) and subscribe – free of charge - with you membership number provided upon your purchase. This version give you access only to the additional coupons available on the website not to the printed booklet coupons.
Upon subscribing, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You will be given a user name (your email address) and a password.
Everytime you wish to print coupons, you must first get connected by using your user name and password in the “Member Section” to access your personal account.
Should I connect to the site each time? How do I know that I am connected to my account?
To access your personal account and to print coupons, you must first get connected to the site. To verify if you are well connected, check the surname and password fields that you have just filled in “Member Section”, the fields should now show your name and membership number. If you can indeed read you name and membership number, you are well connected. If you cannot read them, you must start again by writing in your e-mail address and password. It is only once connected that you can print coupons.
Why is there a members-only section of the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com site?
The members-only section is reserved for those who have the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com coupon book or for those who purchase the Website version of MAXIgolfEXTRA.com. This section offers additional rebate coupons to those in the printed booklet as clubs post regularly their offers throughout the season. Members can thus take advantage of additional discounts. Each coupon may only ne used once. It is monitored with its unique serial number on each coupon printed from the website.
May I subscribe two booklets with the same e-mail address?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to subscribe more than one booklet with the same e-mail address. Your personal account is identified by your e-mail address that in turn becomes your username. It is thus impossible to have two members with the same id. If you have only one e-mail address, you may create only from any free subscription at any providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc.
What is the ATGQ?
ATGQ – The Quebec golf course Association promotes golf to more than 1M golfers in Québec within its 180 clubs open to the public golfers. It is the spoke-person and defender of club courses owners interests within the industry and within the many government bodies. What is the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com discount booklet all about?
The MAXIgolfEXTRA.com coupon book is a discount book that promotes more than hundred (100) golf courses all over Quebec. It presents more than 20 discount offers, over 100 coupons for a value of more than $1,500 in rebates. Among the various offers you will find: rebated rounds in the early season, reductions of as much as 50% during the season, two-for-ones, deductions on various packages and a host of other exciting offers. You may very well recover and even surpass the purchase price of your MAXIgolfEXTRA.com book the first time you use it.
Where can I get the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com discount booklet?
You can purchase your booklet the following ways:
1. Order one directly from the ATGQ by clicking on “Order Discount Booklet” on this site for $34.95 + taxes; or
2. Buy one at any of the following stores (usually in their Magazines section):

How do I register for membership?
Once you have your booklet, you can register for FREE on the site by going to the section labelled Registration and entering the membership number which appears on the cover of your coupon book.
How do I purchase the Website version of MAXIgolfEXTRA.com? and what is it all about?
You can purchase the Website version of MAXIgolfEXTRA.com by clicking on the section “Order the Website version” of this site for $24.95 ( plus taxes).
To become a member, you will receive a membership card by mail and you can use the number to register on the site in the Registration section. You should note that this type of subscription allows you to take advantage of the Website offers by participating clubs but it does not include the offers that appear in the printed version of the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com booklet.
How do I use the Website offers?
Once connected, click on “Members Section” and choose those offers that interest you. You can then print them in coupon form. Note that you will only be able to print them once. As well, each coupon bears a serial number along with your membership number and can only be used once. Once your coupon is printed, book your tee time as usually according to the rules found on pages of the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com book as well as on the coupon. Make sure that you bring the coupon AND YOUR COUPON BOOK, when you play. The golf club staff will ask you to show it. Coupons may be refused of not presented with booklet.
Will my personal information be used for purposes other than MAXIgolfEXTRA.com?
No. The only exception is for promotions or offers made by the Quebec Golf Courses Association. Upon subscribing, you may check the “Infoletter” as the ATGQ will send you just a few informative e-mails per year.
