Founded in 1990, the Association des terrains de golf du Québec (ATGQ) currently brings together more than 185 member golf clubs throughout Quebec. The mandate of the Quebec Golf Courses Association is to promote golf to the population as a whole as well as to provide a frame of reference for playing the sport and to supply various services to its members. What is the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com discount booklet all about?
The MAXIgolfEXTRA.com coupon book is a discount book that promotes 123 golf courses all over Quebec. It presents 29 distinct offers, over 70 coupons and more than $1,500 in discounts. Among the various offers you will find: free rounds in the early season (some clubs may require you to use a cart), reductions of as much as 50% during the season, two-for-one, deductions on various packages and a host of other exciting offers. You may very well recover and even surpass the purchase price of your MAXIgolfEXTRA.com book the first time you use it.

The members-only section is reserved for those who have the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com coupon book or for those who purchase the Website version of MAXIgolfEXTRA.com. In addition to the offers they present in the book, various golf clubs which participate in the Website version will post their monthly specials. Members can thus take advantage of additional discounts at more than 50 golf courses.
What golf courses are participating in the Website offer?
All of the golf courses participating in the Website offer are listed in the section labelled Golf Clubs elsewhere on this site and are classed by region.
How do I register for membership?
Once you have your booklet, you can register for FREE on the site by going to the section labelled Registration and entering the membership number which appears on the cover of your coupon book.
What is the Website version of MAXIgolfEXTRA.com?
You can also become a member by procuring the Website version of MAXIgolfEXTRA.com. All you have to do is go to the section Order the Website version of this site and purchase it for the low price of $19.95 ( plus taxes). You will receive a membership card by mail and you can use the number to register on the site in the Registration section. You should note that this type of subscription allows you to take advantage of the Website offers from participating clubs but it does not include the offers that appear in the printed version of the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com booklet.
What are the Website offers?
At the beginning of each month during the golfing season, the participating golf clubs will use the Members section to post offers that are specific and exclusive to their clubs. So, if there are 60 participating clubs, you will see 60 different offers. Each offer can only be used once per month per user.
How do I use the Website offers?
In the Members section, all you have to do is choose those offers that interest you. You can then print them in coupon form. Note that you will only be able to print them once. As well, each coupon bears a serial number along with your membership number and can only be used once. Once your coupon is printed, book your tee time as usual according to the rules found on pages 4 through 7 of the MAXIgolfEXTRA.com book as well as on the coupon. Make sure that you bring the coupon AND YOUR COUPON BOOK, when you play. The golf club staff will ask you to show it.
How will I hear about new Website offers?
All new offers will available at the beginning of each month of the golfing season, from June through October. An e-mail will be sent to you automatically to keep you informed.
Will my personal information be used for purposes other than MAXIgolfEXTRA.com?
No. The only exception is for promotions or offers made by the Quebec Golf Courses Association.
