If your MAXIgolfEXTRA.com card is LOST OR STOLEN, please notify the Quebec Association of Golf Courses (ATGQ) at 1 800 891-4010 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Your card will be replaced only if it had been registered on-line on www.maxigolfextra.com. Replacement fees may be applied.
YOUR CARD IS REJECTED: Contact technical support at 1 855 444-1044 to verify the reasons the card was rejected and if feasible correct the situation immediately. If it is unable to correct the situation, but you believe your card should not have been rejected, forward a request for card replacement at email@example.com providing the date, time and club visited as well as the ticket number you obtained from technical support during the service call. No reimbursement will be made. No replacement of card will be made without the ticket number from technical support. Note that no financial compensation will be made for any inconvenience.
GENERAL OR LOCAL SYSTEM FAILURE: In the event of a general or local system failure, the club will remove the lowest discount and will debit your card once the system is back up and running. If the discount granted is no longer available on your card, ATGQ reserves the right to debit a higher discount for the club you visited or an equal or higher discount for another participating club with no financial compensation for any inconvenience.
